Tenant Rules & information

The front desk is staffed from 10am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Any planned absences by front desk will be noted on the building Google Calendar.

All tenants are required to lock the door & set the alarm if last to leave the building. Any tenant who leaves the building unsecured is responsible for any damage or losses that occur as a result.

All tenants are responsible for any damage to the building caused by their visitors.

Tenants shall not share their building access code with anyone.

No children shall be unsupervised in the office at any time.

No pets are permitted in the building.

No space heaters, candles, or incense are allowed.

Tenants shall keep any shared areas clean. In particular, the conference room and kitchen should be tidied after use.

Personal food items shall be stored in each tenant’s assigned area in the refrigerator.

Tenants may bring a mini-fridge for an additional monthly charge, which is meant to cover additional electricity usage.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning of their own dedicated spaces. There are cleaning supplies (stored under the kitchen sink) and a vacuum cleaner (stored in the tech closet) available for use. Additional toilet paper & paper towels are stored in the tech closet.

Day-to-day trash may be placed in the kitchen trash for disposal. Large trash should be taken directly to the complex dumpster. A small recycling bin is in the tech closet for tenant use.

Mail is checked daily. If any tenant desires to check the mail on the weekend, the mailbox key is in the office for tenant use.

To lock the front door when exiting, press and hold the # sign.

To unlock the front door, enter your personal entry code followed by the # sign.
